  1. Chicken 500 gms
  2. Zeera rice 3 cups
  3. Cinnamon 2 pcw
  4. Cloves 4
  5. Bay leaf 1
  6. Star anise 1
  7. Marati mokku 1
  8. Onion 1
  9. Tomato 1
  10. Mint leaves 1/2 cup
  11. Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  12. Lemon. 1 tsp
  13. Ghee 4 tblsp
  14. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  15. Briyani masala 2 tsp
  16. For grinding:
  17. Onion 1 cup
  18. Cinnamon 4 pcs
  19. Cloves 12
  20. Pepper 1 tsp
  21. Dry red chillies 5 no

Instructions

  1. GRINDING INGREDIENTS:ONION 1 CUP, GINGER 4 PCS, GARLIC 20 PODS, CINNAMON 5 PCS, CLOVES 12 PCS, PEPPER 2 TSP, DRY RED CHILLIES 5
  2. GRIND EVERYTHING TO FINE PASTE
  3. FRYING INGREDIENTS; ONION 2, BAY LEAF 1, STAR ANISE 1, MARATI MOKKU 1, CINNAMON 2 PC, CLOVES 4 PCS,TOMATO 1
  4. HEAT 2 TBLSP GHEE IN COOKER, ADD MASALA INGREDIENTS AND SAUTE IN LOW FLAME TILL AROMA
  5. ADD ONIONS, TOMATOES
  6. AND SAUTE TILL MUSHY
  7. ADD GROUND MASALA PASTE
  8. ADD 1 TSP CHILLI POWDER, 2 TSP BRIYANI MASALA
  9. ADD 1/2 CUP CORIANDER, 1/2 CUP MINT LEAVES
  10. AND SAUTE TILL OIL SEPERATES
  11. ADD CLEANED CHICKEN
  12. ADD 2 TBLSP CURD AND BOIL CHICKEN COOKS TO SOFT AND TENDER
  13. ONCE DONE REMOVE CHICKEN WATER SEPARATELY FROM COOKER.
  14. ADD SOAKED ZEERA RICE 3 CUPS
  15. ADD 6 CUPS OF WATER (CHICKEN WATER + NORMAL WATER)
  16. CLOSE COOKER AND COOK FOR 2 WHISTLES, ELSE CLOSE WITH GLASS AND COOK FOR 5 MINS IN HIGH FLAME
  17. AFTER 5 MINS OPEN , GIVE A QUICK MIX FROM BOTTOM AND AGAIN CLOSE FOR 5 MORE MINS IN MEDIUM FLAME.
  18. NOW OPEN ADD 1 TSP LEMON JUICE, 1 TBLSP GHEE, MIX GENTLY
  19. AND SERVE
