Chicken pieces 1/2 kg
Curd 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
Cloves 3
Cinnamon stick 1 inch
Green cardamom 1
Bay leaves 2
Onions 2
Tomato 1
Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander seeds 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds 1 tablespoon
Red chillies 2
Garam masala 1 teaspoon
Water 1 cup
Oil 5 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Kasuri methi(roasted) 1 teaspoon
Instructions
Marinate the chicken pieces with turmeric, curd and salt.
Roast the coriander seeds, cumin seeds and red chilli.Blend it.
Take a pressure cooker, heat oil and put sugar into it. Wait till the sugar changer it's colour.
Put all the dry ingredients : bay leaves, cinnamon,cloves and cardamom.
Then add ginger garlic paste, stir it for few seconds,put finely chopped onions, tomatoes and give a nice stir to it. Until and unless the union is translucent and tomatoes are mushy.
Finally add all the roasted ingredients and stir again for few seconds.
Lastly add the marinated chicken pieces and cook till all water vaporizes.
Add water to pressure cooker and give 2 to 3 whistles.
Immediately open the lid and add roasted kasturi methi.
Serve hot with plain rice or roti.

Chicken pieces cooked with onion, tomato and aromatic Indian spices is deliciously amazing.
Marinate the chicken pieces with turmeric, curd and salt.
Roast the coriander seeds, cumin seeds and red chilli.Blend it.
