Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1cup/100 grams chicken mince boiled
  2. 1 onion chopped fine
  3. 1 tomato chopped fine
  4. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  5. salt to taste
  6. half a teaspoon haldi
  7. one teaspoon red chilli powder
  8. 1/2teaspoon garam Masala
  9. 1 tspn dhania jeera powder
  10. 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. 1 CUP BOILED CHICKEN KHEEMA,1 ONION,1 TOMATOE,1TBSPN GINGER GARLIC PASTE,SPICE BOX READY
  2. HEAT OIL IN A PAN ADD ONION CHOPPED ,STIR FRY,ADD 1TBLSPN GINGER GARLIC PASTE NOW,STIR FRY WELL
  3. ADD CHOPPED TOMATO NOW STIR MIX
  4. ADD SALT TO TASTE TO ONIONS, ADD 1TSPNRED CHILI POWDER,1TSPN CORRIANDER CUMMIN POWDER,GARAM MASALA
  5. ADD KHEEMA NOW TO THE ONION TOMATO,SAUTE MUX WELL
  6. COOK WELL AND SIMMER 5-8 MINUTES ON SLOW FLAME
  7. STIR FRY SAUTE TILL ALMOST DRY AND SPICED WELL
  8. REMOVE HOT AND ENJOY WITH ROTI BREAD OR PAV
