  1. Colocassia roots or Arbi 250 grams boiled
  2. Oil 1 tablespoon
  3. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  4. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Amchur powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. BOILED COLOCASSIA ROOTS, CARROM SEEDS 1 TEASPOON, RED CHILLI POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER , GARAM MASALA
  2. REMOVE PEELS FROM BOILED ARBI OR COLOCASSIA ROOTS
  3. PEEL OFF ARBI
  4. HEAT ONE TABLESPOON OF OIL AND ADD 1 TEASPOON CARROM SEEDS
  5. ADD 1 TEASPOON RED CHILLI POWDER,1/2 TEASPOON TURMERIC POWDER ,CORIANDER POWDER,AMCHUR POWDER,SALT
  6. NOW ADD PEELED ARBI AMD MIX WELL
  7. COOK UNCOVERED FOR NEXT 5 MINUTES
  8. SPRINKLE CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES AND IT'S READY
