Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. cottage cheese paneer 100 grams
  2. desiccated coconut half cup (medium )
  3. sugar 1/4 cup (or as sweet you want)
  4. mango puree 1 cup
  5. Saffron cardamom syrup 1 tablespoon
  6. nuts chopped handful
  7. white bread slices 8
  8. butter 4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. 100 GRAMS CRUMBLED PANEER IN A WOK. ADD 1/2 CUP DESSICATED COCONUT ,1/4 CUP SUGAR 1 CUP MANGO PUREE
  2. MIX WELL AND COOK ON MEDIUM FLAME TILL IT BECOMES A MASS.
  3. ADD 1 TSP SAFFRON CARDAMOM SYRUP AND HANDFUL CHOPPED NUTS.
  4. TAKE TWO SLICES OF BREAD. ROLL THEM WITH ROLLING PIN. PLACE MANGO PANEER MIXTURE IN CENTRE
  5. COVER WITH ANOTHER SLICE AND CUT ROUND.
  6. SEAL THE EDGES BY PRESSING OR YOU CAN USE FORK.
  7. TRANSFER THEM TO A GREASED BAKING TRAY. BAKE FOR 15 MIN ON 240°C
