Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Soya bean 2 tsp
  2. Ragi 2 tsp
  3. Jowar 2 tsp
  4. Wheat 2 tsp
  5. Fresh coconut grated 1 cup
  6. Salt 1/4 tsp
  7. Jaggery syrup 2-3 tsp
  8. Water 3-4 cup
  9. Apple grated 1 medium sized
  10. Cashew-badam powder 2 tsp
  11. Dry cherries finely chopped 2 tsp
  12. Raisins few
  13. Saffron threads 5-6
  14. Warm water 1/4 cup
  15. Ghee 2 +1 tsp

Instructions

  1. OVERNIGHT SOAKED SOYA BEAN, RAGI, JOWAR, WHEAT EACH 2 TSP
  2. ADD A CUP OF FRESH COCONUT, SOME WATER AND SALT TO TASTE
  3. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  4. STRAIN IT
  5. ADD SUFFICIENT WATER, STRAIN FINELY
  6. PEELED AND GRATED APPLE 1
  7. JAGGERY SYRUP 3-4 TSP
  8. CASHEW-BADAM POWDER 2 TSP
  9. IN WARM WATER SOAKED SAFFRON THREADS 5-6, MIX ALL WELL
  10. START TO COOK IN LOW FLAME
  11. SAUTE CONTINUOUSLY
  12. SAUTE AND COOK
  13. ADD 2 TSP OF GHEE
  14. STIR CONTINUOUSLY UNTIL GET THICK MIXTURE OR UNTILL IT LEAVES THE BOTTOM
  15. IT IS READY TO TAKE OFF THE FLAME, REMOVE AND SPREAD
  16. GREASE PLATE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE
  17. POUR THE MIXTURE
  18. SPREAD EVENLY
  19. GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CHERRIES
  20. SPREAD RAISINS, PRESS TIGHTLY
  21. CUT THE EDGES
  22. CUT IN DESIRED SHAPE AND SERVE
