Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Grated apple - 1 cup
  2. Milk - 1 cup
  3. Milk powder - 2 tsp
  4. Sugar - 2 tbsp
  5. Pure ghee - 1 tsp
  6. Elaichi powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Dry fruits ( optional )

Instructions

  1. Grate the apple and transfer it in the milk to avoid discoloration.
  2. Take a kadhai and heat ghee in it.
  3. Now add in the milk and apple and keep stirring.
  4. Once it becomes dry, add the rest of the ingredients and cook till it starts separating from the ghee.
  5. Garnish with dry fruits and serve.
