Take a pan,put pineapple & banana pieces 1st,as it takes sometime to cook.add some water, turmeric,salt & 2 chopped green chillies. Cook,for 5 min,or till almost done.Then add apple & grapes. Cook for 2,3 min. ( take sweet grapes.if big,u can cut it. )
Grind,coconut,green chillies &; jeera. Add to the above curry,with sugar. Sprinkle some mustard powder . Let it boil for sometime,for 5 mi . Then add well beaten curd. Simmer for 2,3 min. When the curry is thick,remove. Adjust seasoning.
In a small kadai,heat oil,put mustard seeds,red chillies & curry leaves. Then add to the curry. Stir well.
SERVING: 3
