Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup flour
  2. 2 tsp butter
  3. 1/2 tsp salt
  4. Ice cold water as required
  5. 1 tbsp yellow and green bell pepper
  6. 1 tbsp boiled peas
  7. 1 green chilli
  8. 3 Cherry tomato
  9. Parsley
  10. 1 cube cheese
  11. Salt as per taste
  12. Pepper
  13. Mix herbs
  14. Oregano
  15. Chilli flakes

Instructions

  1. TAKE FOUR AND BUTTER IN A BOWL ADD SALT
  2. RUB BUTTER IN FLOUR
  3. MAKE CRUMBLI
  4. TAKE ICE COLD WATER AND MAKE A DOUGH
  5. ROLL DOWN DOUGH
  6. AND CUT BIGGER THEN TART MOULD
  7. NOW GREASE MOULD AND FIX ROLLED DISC IN IT
  8. REMOVE EXTRA DOUGH
  9. PRICK IT WITH A FORK
  10. ADD CHANA IN IT FROM PREVENTING INFLORESCENCE AND BAKE FOR 10 MIN AT 180 DEGREE
  11. TAKE YELLOW ,GREEN BELL PEPPER,PEAS, AND GREEN CHILLI IN A BOWL
  12. CARROT ,SALT AND PEPPER
  13. MIX ALL OF THEM
  14. ADD THESE VEGETABLES IN TART
  15. TAKE CURD AND CREAM IN OTHER BOWL
  16. AND WHISK FINELY
  17. ADD THIS CREAM MIXTURE UPON VEGETABLE
  18. GRATE CHEESE
  19. ADD SALT
  20. AND CHERRY TOMATO
  21. NOW SPRINKLE HERBS,OREGANO
  22. CHILLI FLAKES
  23. AND PEPPER
  24. AND BAKE AGAIN FOR 10-15 MIN.
  25. OUR VEGGIE TARTS ARE READY
  26. SERVE HOT
