ABOUT Boneless Chicken Handi RECIPE

It is inspired from Pakistani Handi recipe and its silky smooth and good for kids.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 750 gms of boneless chicken cut into small cubes.
  2. 2 big size dark brown fried onion.
  3. 3 big size chopped tomatoes.
  4. 1 tablespoon each of ginger, garlic paste.
  5. Chopped 5 cloves of garlic and 2 green chilli finely chopped.
  6. 1 teaspoon each of red chilli powder and Corriander powder.
  7. Roughly crushed corriander 1 teaspoon.
  8. 2 tablespoon of whisked yogurt.
  9. 2 tablespoon of ghee.
  10. 3 tablespoon of White oil.
  11. Salt and haldi.
  12. Kasuri methi 1teaspoon.

Instructions

  1. Fry the onions into crispy dark brown and keep separately.
  2. In the a pan take ghee and oil together and add chopped garlic and green chilli.
  3. Fry them until we get a good aroma.
  4. Add the half crushed corriander to it.
  5. Then add chopped tomatoes and fry until the oil separates.
  6. Put the boneless chicken to it and saute for 5 minutes.
  7. Then add the powdered Masala and toss them for 1 more min.
  8. Lil ghee can be added if required at this point of time.
  9. Put salt, haldi ginger garlic paste and the fried onions.
  10. Give it a good toss and cook in low flame.
  11. When the oil separates from the Masala add 1 cup of water and put in low flame and cover it with lid.
  12. Dish out by adding some kasuri methi to it.
