Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Soaked chana Dal 1.5cup
  2. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  3. Coriander powder 1 TSP
  4. Salt 1 Tbsp
  5. Fresh coriander
  6. Green chilli 2-3
  7. Garam masala 1 TSP
  8. Turmeric powder 1 TSP
  9. Red chilli powder 1 TSP
  10. Wheat flour 2 cup
  11. Oil for shallow fry paratha

Instructions

  1. Wash soaked Dal n let it cooked until 3-4 vessel.now take out n let it cool completely.
  2. Means take bowl add wheat flour,salt n 1 tbsp oil mix it .
  3. Now add water n make soft dough like chapati.keep aside for 10 min
  4. Now grind it Dal n mix dry ingredients .now add corriander
  5. Take small portion from dough stuff chana Dal mixture.
  6. Roll like chapati slowly slowly .
  7. Now shallow fry from both sides .
  8. Serve with aam ras or chutney.
