Rava dosa is an easy to make dish since there is no need for soaking (not for long anyway), grinding, and fermenting.

Combine all the ingredients (except oil) together in a bowl, add water and mix well. It should be of neeru dosa consistency like watery consistency then keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it lightly with oil. Pour 1/2 cup batter evenly on the tava (griddle), pour a little oil in the holes of the dosa and cook it on a medium flame till it turns golden brown in colour or until its crisp.
Serve this hot dosa with chutney.
