Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Prawn...1/2kg
  2. Potato...2
  3. Onion...2
  4. Garlic...5
  5. Ginger paste...1tspn
  6. Fresh coconut....3tspn
  7. Curd...1tspn
  8. Tomato...1
  9. Turmeric powder....2tspn
  10. kashmiri red chilli powder...3tspn
  11. Red chilli powder...1tspn
  12. Cumin powder...1tspn
  13. Coriander powder...1tspn
  14. Garam masala....1/2tspn
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Sugar a pinch

Instructions

  1. Marinate the prawns with salt & turmeric powder.
  2. Make a paste of onion, garlic, coconut, dry red chilli, curd & tomato.
  3. Heat oil & fry chopped potatoes for few minutes.
  4. Fry marinated prawns also in the same oil & then take out.
  5. Add masala paste & garlic paste in the same oil & fry it till oil comes out.
  6. Then add fried potatoes & all spices.Mix it well.
  7. After 5 to 10 minutes add hot water & let it boil.
  8. Add prawns , cover it & cook it well.Adjust salt & sprinkle garam masala.
  9. Its ready now...Serve it with hot long grain rice or luchi.
