ABOUT Steamed Egg Curry RECIPE

Eggs mixed with onions, salt, chillies are then whisked and steamed.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Eggs- 6
  2. Onion- 2 cut to pieces
  3. Tomatoes-2, pureed
  4. Ginger-Garlic paste 2 tsp
  5. Chilli powder 2 tsp
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  8. Oil 3 tbsp
  9. Ghee 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Break the eggs and add onion pieces and green chillies.
  2. Steam them and cut them to pieces then fry the pieces.
  3. In a pan, heat oil, then add onion, ginger-garlic paste and fry a little. Add the tomato puree and all the dry masalas.
  4. When the masalas are done add hot water. Once the water starts boiling, add the egg pieces, then add the ghee at the last and serve.
