Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 onions chopped
  2. Eggs 8 hard boiled
  3. 2 tomatoes chopped
  4. 2 tsp turmeric powder
  5. 1 tsp chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  7. 1/2 tsp egg curry masala
  8. 1 tsp coriander powder
  9. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  10. few curry leaves
  11. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a nonstick pan, add oil, add chopped onions, sauté till onions turn golden brown
  2. then add ginger garlic paste, and again sauté it for 30 seconds
  3. then add chopped tomatoes, mix properly
  4. add all spice powder and mix well,
  5. cook till oil oozes out, add boiled eggs and cook on low flame
  6. for about 5-7 mints
  7. add coriander leaves for garnishing
  8. Serve warm
