ABOUT Jaggery Rusk RECIPE

In my childhood my mother was giving ghee roasted rusk for evening snacks. Even now I am remembering that. Here me followed her and did some innovation for extra taste.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chopped almonds and pistachio 1 tsp
  2. Cherry chopped few
  3. Rusk 5-6
  4. Ghee 2 tsp
  5. Jaggery syrup 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Keep ready chopped almonds and pistachios.
  2. Heat tava, roast rusk in low flame, flip and grease ghee.
  3. Again flip and grease ghee to another side.
  4. Remove and dip in Jaggery syrup.
  5. Remove and garnish with chopped almonds, pistachios and cherry.
  6. Serve with hot beverage.
