Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Freshly cleaned crabs
  2. Two onions sliced
  3. Two tomatoes very finely chopped
  4. Ginger garlic paste one tbsp
  5. Two cardamom
  6. Half spoon fennel seeds
  7. Two cloves
  8. One small cinnamon stick
  9. Quarter spoon cumin seeds
  10. Half tbsp turmeric powder
  11. One tbsp chilli powder
  12. One tbsp coriander powder
  13. Sesame oil
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Lemon for garnishing
  16. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, dry roast, all cumin, fennel seeds, cinnamon sticks, cloves, cardamom s
  2. Take a mixie jar, grind all the dry roasted items, along with onion to a smooth paste
  3. Now take a pan, add oil, then add ginger garlic paste, saute well
  4. Once the raw smell goes off, add the grinded mixture along with it,and saute till the raw smell goes
  5. Once half cooked, add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, then cook for 5 minutes in medium flame
  6. Now add the freshly cleaned crabs, then saute well, and cook with the lid closed for 5 minutes
  7. After 5 minutes, add one tbsp of sesame oil and mix well..
  8. Leave in very low for ten minutes.. Then switch off the flame
  9. Garnish with lemon and coriander leaves
