Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Crab 1/2 kg
  2. 2 medium-sized onions, chopped
  3. Salt to taste
  4. A pinch of sugar
  5. 5 tbsp coconut paste
  6. Oil 3 tbsp
  7. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Ginger-garlic chopped 1 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Lemon slices to garnish
  11. Red chilli paste 1 tbsp
  12. Cooking cream 4 tbsp
  13. 3 Tomatoes chopped
  14. Red chilli powder, as per your taste
  15. Coriander leaves to garnish
  16. few curry leaves

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat oil and add the finally chopped ginger-garlic, green chillies and curry leaves.
  2. Add the chopped onions and fry till they turn golden brown. Then add the ginger-garlic paste, red chilli paste, turmeric powder, pepper powder, red chilli powder as per your taste and fry it for 1 minute.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes and coriander leaves. Fry till the tomatoes get mashed, then add the crab and toss it for 5 minutes.
  4. Next, add coconut paste with a pinch of sugar and salt to taste.
  5. Lastly add in the cooking cream and garnish it with coriander leaves, lemon slices, chillies and serve.
