Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup plain flour
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 1 chopped carrot
  4. 1 chopped capsicum
  5. 1/2 chopped cabbage
  6. 1 spoon boiled corn
  7. 2 spoon paneer
  8. 1 tsp black pepper
  9. 1 tbsp salt
  10. 1 tsp chilli sauce
  11. 1 tsp tomato sauce
  12. 1 tsp vinegar
  13. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add plain flour,salt,1 TSP oil, black pepper mix everything well,
  2. Now add water n make soft dough Rest it for 10min.
  3. Take a sauce put 1 tbsp oil let it heat now add onion saute for 1 min.
  4. Now add capsicum, carrot saute for 2 min n add cabbage n corn let it half cooked.
  5. Add ,tomato ,chilli sauce n vinegar,black pepper mix everything well.
  6. Let it cool completely now add salt.
  7. Take dough n cut small portion from dough n make sure all in same size .
  8. Now roll like chapati all balls n put one by one with the help of oil .
  9. U have to follow same process with 4 chapatis.
  10. In med flame let it heat pan n cook it for 1 min ,we cooked half only .
  11. Now in another bowl take 1 spoon plain flour n 1 tbsp water make thick paste n keep aside.
  12. Now take chapati cut in square shape n fill the mixture in center .
  13. Now roll tightly n paste it open edges.
  14. Rest it for 10min n deep-fry ,serve hot.
