Washed the bitterguard and cut them.
Add salt and turmeric and mix well.
Keep aside for 15 minutes.
After 15 min heat a pan add oil than put bitterguard .
Fry them in medium flame for 8-10 minutes.
When karela(bitterguard ) is half done than add onion and again roast them for 5 min.
Finally add mango pickle masala and mix well then turn off the gas.
Serve hot with roti or dal rice.
