  1. Sabse pahle dhaniya ko saaf krke bareek kaat le
  2. Ab ak bowl main besan ,adrak lahsun pest ,or sabhi masale or dhaniya daal kr aate ki trah booth le
  3. Ab ak cooker main 2 glass paani boil hone rakh de
  4. Ab aate ki badi se loi tod kr lamba lamba kr ke kise koi bhi shape de.
  5. Ab jo paani boil kiya hay usmai yeh bna kr daal de.
  6. Ab cooker ko ak seeti lga kr gas of kr de.
  7. Ab 5 minute baad seeti nikal kr aate ki loi nikal le or thanda kr ke uske patle piece kaat le
  8. Ab ak pan main tel daal kr thode til daal kr piece daal de or upar se dhaniya powder,lal mirch powder,daal kr dheeme gas pr lal lal fry kre.or garma gram serve kre.
