My daughter hates rice but loves biryani.So its my try to give her tasty rice dish. Its one of them.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Cooked basmati rice...2cup
  2. Boiled potato...2
  3. Chopped onion...2
  4. Ginger garlic paste...1tspn
  5. Ghee...2tspn
  6. Meethi aatar...1drop
  7. Rose water...1drop
  8. Oil...1/2cup
  9. Mint _green chilli paste...1tspn
  10. Cornflour...3tspn

Instructions

  1. Heat 1tspn oil & fry 1 chopped onion in it for few minutes.
  2. Add boiled & mashed potato in it & cook it for few minutes.
  3. Make it cool & make small balls from that mixture.Roll it in corn flour & deep fry it.Take out the balls from oil & wrap it in tissue paper.
  4. Now make beresta or crispy fried onion in the same oil
  5. Heat 1 tspn oil in another pan & fry chopped onion & ginger garlic paste.Make a soft mixture of it.
  6. Add potato balls carefully & cook it for just 2 minutes.
  7. Now the last step.Add cooked rice in potato mixture.Add meethi aatar,rose water, birista, salt,mint_chilli paste & ghee.
  8. Cover it & cook it for 5 to 7 minutes.
  9. I serve it with chicken gravy.But if you don't like chicken,then serve it with raita & salad.
