Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200g paneer
  2. 1 chopped Red pepper
  3. 1 chopped green pepper
  4. 1 chopped onion
  5. 1/2 cup tomato paste
  6. 1/2 cup Corn n peas
  7. 1packet maggie masala
  8. 1tbsp salt
  9. 1spoon olive oil
  10. 1tsp black pepper
  11. 1tbsp tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Take a pan pour olive oil let it heat .
  2. Now add chopped onion let it saute for 2 min.
  3. Now add red n green pepper ,saute for 2 min.
  4. Now add tomato sauce,tomato paste , black pepper n Maggie masala cover with lid n cook for 4-5 min .
  5. Now add peas n corn ,n grated panner n salt let it cook for another 7-8 min.
  6. now Garnish with fresh coriander .serve hot.
