ABOUT Mutton Paaya RECIPE

My mom's recipe, a delicious paya made with mutton.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paaya - 200 gm
  2. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  3. Onion - 2 [chopped]
  4. Tomatoes - 2
  5. Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
  6. Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  7. Coriander leaves
  8. Pudina [handful]
  9. Coconut paste - 1 tbsp
  10. oil
  11. Salt
  12. Green chillies - 2

Instructions

  1. In a cooker add paaya 1/3of onion 1/3 of tomatoes some pudina and coriander leaves salt and haldi and some water and one spoon ginger garlic paste
  2. Cook for 6 to 7 whistles
  3. Take a vessel add oil
  4. After its heated add onions and fry nicely
  5. And then add ginger garlic paste fry for a mlnute
  6. And then add haldi chilli powder salt salute it well
  7. And tomatoes cook till it gets cooked
  8. And then add cooked paaya
  9. And lastly add coconut paste cook for 5 mts
  10. Serve it with hot rotis r puris
