Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1cup wheat flour
  2. 1cup sugar
  3. 3cups water
  4. Half cup desi ghee

Instructions

  1. In pan or kadai,add ghee & atta. Cook atta till you get nice aroma and golden color.
  2. In another pan ,put sugar & water and bring it to full boil when sugar dissloves completely. Pour this sugar syrup in kadai.
  3. Quickly Toss the atta simultaneously on high gas.
  4. In a minute,When you see thick & perfect texture of your parshad,Switch off the gas. Serve hot.
