Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Khoya 250 gms
  2. Sugar 70 gms
  3. Milk powder 2 tablespoon
  4. Kaju 100 gms
  5. Mango 1/2 kg
  6. Dry fruits chopped 2 tablespoon
  7. Ghee 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take khoya and roast in a wok for 4 minutes
  2. Then add sugar and mix it properly
  3. Then make powder of cashews
  4. Add this cashew powder with khoya
  5. Then mix it properly
  6. Then mix milk powder in this mixture and saute for 5 minutes
  7. Then add mango pulp and mix it properly
  8. Stir it continuously till it becomes a lump
  9. Then add 1 tablespoon ghee and mix it properly
  10. Let it set on greased plate or tray and put chopped dry fruits
  11. Let it set for 2 hours . Cut in desired shape and serve it
