First take the egg white, soya sauce, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, black pepper powder, salt, all purpose flour, and corn flour in a bowl, and mix everything well
Then add the chicken strips and coat them well.
Refrigerate for at least one hour.
After one hour, heat oil in a pan.
Add the marinated chicken pieces, in small batches, to the hot oil and fry.
Turn sides and fry until they turn golden brown in color.
Then place on a paper towel to drain excess oil if any.
Similarly fry all the chicken strips.
Once done, add 2 tbsp of this oil in to another pan.
Add the cashew nuts and fry until they turn golden brown in color.
Once done, remove from pan and keep it aside.
Next, to the same oil, add the crushed ginger garlic and red chili whole and saute for a minute in low flame.
Then add the sliced onions and saute for a minute. Increase the flame to medium high.
Next add the sliced capsicum and saute for a minute.
Then add the red chili sauce, tomato sauce and soya sauce and mix well.
Add sugar and salt as required.
Once the sauce mix boils, add the fried chicken and mix gently.
Next add the fried cashew nuts and chopped spring onions, and mix.
Finally add the toasted white sesame seeds and mix everything well.
Finally add the mango slices and cook for a minute.
Serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
