Stuffed tomatoes in Makhani gravy

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Small tomatoes - 3
  2. Tomato puree - 1/2 cup
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  4. Haldi 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  7. Garlic masala -1/4 tsp
  8. Boiled kaju paste 4 to 5 tsp
  9. Boiled onion paste - 3 tbsp
  10. Red colour - a pinch
  11. Boiled potatoes - 2 small
  12. Grated paneer - 1/4 cup
  13. Cream - 3 to 4 spoon

Instructions

  1. First take tomatoes and cut with a knife the top portion, take out the center portion.
  2. Heat a pan, add oil, chopped onion and saute it. Add haldi powder, salt, red chilli powder, potatoes and grated paneer. Mix it well.
  3. Fill this mixture into the tomatoes and saute it in oil on both sides.
  4. Take another pan add butter add boiled onion paste and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste, haldi, red chilli powder, dhania powder and food colour. Mix it well, add tomato puree and cook it for 5 minutes.
  6. Add kaju paste and cook it for 2 minutes. Add cream and cook it for 1 minute. Add tomato and cook for another one minute and serve with parantha or chapati.
