Take a pan put oil and heat it Now put mustard seed, fennel seeds asfotidiya and stire well
Now put kairi and saute it
Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder stair well and when kairi cooked add gunde and salt and stire well cook for 3-4 minute
Add sugar stire well and cook for 3-4 minutes
Now gunde ki lonji is ready
if store in refrigerator can be use for longer time
