Seep Rajmah in water for 4-6hours
Pressure cook Rajmah for 2-3whistles
Cut and chop onions finely
Make a paste of tomatoes, ginger, chillies, garlic etc in mixie
Heat ghee in kadhai. Add bay leaf.
Add chopped onions. Fry till golden brown.
Add tomatoe puree to this.
When golden brown, add all masalas/powders.
Fry. Add to the pressure cooked Rajmah.
Pressure cook it for 1 more whistle.
When cool, add garam masala.
Garnish with butter and coriander leaves and serve hot in bowl.
