ABOUT Chilli Paneer in Punjabi Style RECIPE

Simply saute the vegetables, add paneer and give a Punjabi touch.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 Onions finely sliced
  2. 1 Red bell pepper
  3. 1 Yellow Bell pepper
  4. 1 Green Bell pepper
  5. 2-3 clovesof garlic
  6. 250 gms of paneer
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Red chilli powder as per taste
  9. Turmeric powder as per taste
  10. Dry Coriander as per taste
  11. Garam Masala as per taste
  12. 1 tsp of soya sauce
  13. 1 tsp of tomato sauce
  14. Green coriander to garnish
  15. Oil to saute

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in karahi, add sliced onions, crushed Garlic along and all the three bell peppers diced.
  2. Add 1 tsp of soya sauce, tomato ketchup and saute the vegetables till they turn brownish.
  3. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dry coriander powder and mix well.
  4. Now we add the paneer which has been fried and cut in pieces.
  5. Mix with soft hands, ensuring the paneer does not break.
  6. Add some water if required.
  7. Add Garam Masala and garnish with green coriander.
