250 gm paneer
2 tsp chilli sauce
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
3 tbsp tomatoe puree
1/2 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 inch ginger
1 onion (cut in square shapes)
1 capsicum (cut in square shapes)
1-2 tbsp oil
Spring onion greens to garnish
Marination Ingredients:
3 tsp ketchup/puree
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 inch ginger paste
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chilli sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 tbsp cornflour
Instructions
Marinate the paneer with the marination ingredients except the cornflour.
Then add the cornflour in the marinated paneer and keep it aside for a minimum of 15-20 minutes.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Saute the onion and capsicum in it. Then add in the ginger-garlic paste, chilli sauce, ketchup, puree, soya sauce, vinegar, salt and black pepper.
In a kadai, heat oil on a high flame and fry the paneer pieces in it. Then drain and keep aside.
Next, add the fried paneer cubes into the gravy mixture and stir well for 1-2 minutes.
Serve in a bowl with a garnish of spring onion greens on top.
