Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rahu Fish pieces - 6 no
  2. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoons
  3. Onion paste - 3 tablespoons
  4. Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tablespoons
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
  7. Cumin seeds paste - 1 teaspoon
  8. Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoons
  9. Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  10. Ghee - 2 tablespoons
  11. Whole garam masala - 1 tablespoons
  12. Mustard oil - 2 tablespoons
  13. Rose water - 1 tablespoons
  14. Basmoti rice - 1 cup ( soaked in water )

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the fish pieces then add the pinch of salt , a pinch of turmeric powder mix well and marinate for 10 minutes .
  2. Heat mustard oil in a pan and fry the fish pieces both sides in golden brown in colors .
  3. Now in same pan add 1 tablespoons ghee in it add the onion paste and fry well .
  4. When onion are change is colour then add the ginger and garlic paste and fry well .
  5. Add the cumin seeds paste , red chilli powder , salt and tomato sauce mix well .
  6. When oil leaves the side of the pan and masala are well fry now add the 1 cup of water mix well and add the fry fish pieces .
  7. Allow to cook for 10 minutes in low medium heat .
  8. Add garam masala powder and switch off the flame .
  9. In a Microwave bowl add soak rice now add the fish masala , a pinch of salt , rose water , garam masala powder and whole garam masala along with 2 cups of water and remaining ghee .
  10. Stir well very gently .
  11. Micro for 10 minutes on high power .
  12. Take rest for 5 minutes then ready to serve .
  13. FISH BIRYANI ready to serve with POMEGRANATE RAITA :blush::blush:
