Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fish fillet - 100 gm
  2. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  3. Cream - 2 tbsp
  4. Butter - 1 tsp
  5. Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  6. Salt
  7. Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  8. Mustard paste - 1/2 tsp
  9. Onion [chopped] - 1
  10. Basil leaves [dried] - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Marinate fish fillet with lemon juice,salt, black pepper powder and chopped onion for 5mints
  2. Then take microwave proof bowl put cream, salt , butter, garlic paste and mustard paste keep this bowl into microwave for 2mnts Then put this mixture in marinated fish fillet
  3. Then bake them for 10mins in 200 degree Garnish with basil leaf and serve with mashed potato.
