Healthy and tasty baked small river fish ( tangra ).

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fish ( tangra) - 2 nos
  2. Potato- 1 nos ( make it 4 pieces)
  3. Onion- 1 nos
  4. Tomato - 1 nos ( cut into 4 pieces)
  5. Carrot - 1 nos ( cut into 4 pieces)
  6. Garlic - 4 cloves
  7. chopped ginger - 1 tsp
  8. Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  9. Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
  10. Lemon slices - 2 nos
  11. Slitted green chillies - 4-6 nos
  12. Salt - 1 tsp
  13. Crushed pepper - 1 tsp
  14. Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  15. Mustard oil - 2 tbsp
  16. Chopped coriander - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash the fish and marinate with lemon juice and salt . Saute the potato for 2 minutes.
  2. Mix all the ingredients with fish and arrange in baking tray.
  3. Sprinkle chopped coriander and lemon on the top.
  4. Cover with aluminium foil and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 230 degree Celsius.
  5. Remove the aluminium foil after 10 minutes of bake and continue to bake rest of the time.
  6. Dish is ready
