Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Curd 500gm
  2. gramflour 200gm
  3. salt as per taste
  4. red chilly as per taste
  5. Turmeric powder 1tsp
  6. musturd oil 2tbsp
  7. Bay leaves 2
  8. black pepper 4pcs
  9. Cumin seeds 1tsp
  10. Fenugreek seeds 1tsp
  11. musturd seed 1tsp
  12. ginger garlic chopped
  13. Green chilly chopped
  14. asefotida 1pinch
  15. For kofta
  16. boiled mashed potato 1bowl
  17. gramflour or corn flour 1tbsp
  18. salt as per taste
  19. red chilly as per taste
  20. Ginger chopped
  21. Green chilly chopped
  22. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. .ix together curd and gramflour....do not make runny batter semi thick
  2. in a pan heat oil add bay leaves..cumin..black pepper..currry leaves....fenugreek seed..hing...saute it
  3. add ginger green chilly ....add curd gram flour mix...stir continuously....set consistancy accordi g to u..if its too thick add more water.....
  4. when it starts boil...let it on low flame...add all ground spices..like salt..red chilly.. turmeric powder....boil it for 20 minutes....on low flame....
  5. FOR KOFTA mix all i gredients except oil...make small balls randomly...or as ur desired shape...fry them.till golden brown....put kofta in kadhi...garnish with green corriander....enjoy hot kadhi kofta with rice..roti...kachori
