There are many types of kadhi, this is little tangy and spicy
Mix curd and gram flour
Whisk it properly, it should be like paste
Add water and whisk again, it should be lump free
Add green chilli, salt .
Keep on flame and keep on stirring
Stir continuously till first boil
Then keep on slow flame
Let it cook for at least 15 minutes
In small pan pour ghee, let it become warm, add hing, add cumin seeds, add mustard seeds, add fenugreek seeds and add curry patta leaves
Add this to boiling kadhi carefully
Now in small bowl take one tsp of ghee, make it warm, add red chilli powder and add 2 tsp of water
While serving pour this on kadhi
Add fresh chopped coriander leaves
Serve hot with theplas, khichdi
