Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. White peas 1 cup
  2. Chopped onion 1
  3. Chopped tomato 2 (deseeded)
  4. Chopped green chillies 2-3
  5. Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  6. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. A pinch of black salt
  9. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  10. Chaat masala 1 tbsp
  11. Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  12. Mint chutney 2 tbsp
  13. Tamarind chutney 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook the white peas with 3 cups of water till two whistles blow.
  2. You can drain the excess water or you can use it.
  3. Mix all the ingredients in cooked peas and garnish it with fresh coriander and chutney.
  4. Serve it with kulcha or it can be eaten like a chaat.
