Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 katori black chana
  2. 3-4 chopped tomatoes
  3. 2 chopped onion
  4. Salt
  5. Lemon juice
  6. Chaat masala
  7. Bareek sev
  8. Imli chutney
  9. Green coriander leaves
  10. Red chilli powder
  11. Green coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Soak chana overnight boil it by adding little salt drain the water of it(water can be used as soup)
  2. Take kadai saute it little so dat if any water or moisture left it can be evaporated
  3. Take Bowl put chana sprinkle chat masala, salt, red chili powder, chopped onion, chopped tomatoes and imli chutney, green coriander chutney and garnish with bareek sev
