chicken in rich gravy of cashew and fried onions

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 gm chicken
  2. 200 gm onion
  3. ginger 2 inch
  4. I whole garlic cloves
  5. garam masala powder 1 tspn
  6. Kashmiri chilli powder 1/2 tspn
  7. coriander powder
  8. paste of 10 cashews
  9. ghee 4 tbsn
  10. oil 100 gm
  11. cream 2 tspn
  12. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. cut and fry onions till colour becomes golden
  2. fry garlic . ginger too
  3. grind onians ginger garlic. to a smooth paste
  4. in a pan add ghee add chicken salt fryfor 5 minuets.
  5. add dry spices and onion paste cook for 5 minuets
  6. add cashews paste . now add sufficient water cover and cook for 20 minuets.
