Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup cauliflower chopped in small pcs
  2. 1 cup peas
  3. 1 onion sliced
  4. 1 tomato sliced
  5. 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  6. 1 tbsp dhaniya - jeera [coriander & cumin] powder
  7. 1 tbsp garlic ginger paste(optional)
  8. Pav bhaji masala powder - 1 tbsp
  9. Oil 1 tbsp
  10. 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker
  2. Add onions and saute for 2min
  3. Add ginger garlic paste
  4. Add the masala, dhana jeera powder and coriander leaves
  5. Add vegetables and tomato give a quick mix add just 1/2 cup water (veggies leave water so if u feel it's watery after cooking just cook for 2 -3minutes with open lid
  6. Close lid and pressure cook for 2 whistles
  7. Serve with phulkas
