Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Moongal 100gms
  2. Carrot 1 no
  3. Beans 4 no
  4. Green peas 5o gms
  5. Onion 1 piece
  6. Tomato 2 piece
  7. Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  8. Mustard seeds 1 spoon
  9. Curry leaves 1 spoon
  10. Gingerly oil 2 spoon.
  11. Turmeric powder 1 spoon

Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables
  2. Cut onions and tomato gingeŕ garlic paste
  3. Add all the vegetables and moongal in a cooker and let it cook let it.to give 1 r 2 whistle
  4. With in that time take a pan add 2 spoons of gingerly oil add mustard seeds curry leaves allow the mustard seeds to brake
  5. Add onion fry them till they r golden brown then addgreen chilly ginger garlic paste then add tomato to it the
  6. Along with tomatò fry it then add turmeric to it add some water allow it to cook
  7. Add salt then half cup of water allow it boil
  8. Then add this mixture to thw cooked moongal then allow them to boil
  9. Add some water to have the consistency to sambar
  10. Allow the sambar to boil then it is ready to serve
