Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Bread 10
  2. Milk powder 3/4 bowl
  3. Sugar powder 1/4 bowl
  4. Malai (milk cream) half bowl or it depends how much thick you have taken
  5. Saffron 1 pinch
  6. Yellow colour 1 pinch
  7. Milk 1 litre
  8. Sugar 1 small bowl(katori)
  9. Custard 1 tsp
  10. Cold milk(for mixing custard) 1/4 bowl
  11. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Salt a pinch
  13. Dry fruits chopped(for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Cut coin shape from each bread.....you will get 2 coins from one bread...you can use any small cap for cutting...I used small honey bottle cap...in this way you will get 20 coins from 10 breads .
  2. Now in another bowl mix milk powder...milk cream(malai) and sugar powder...mix it well...add a pinch of saffron n a pinch of yellow colour.mix well.
  3. Put a spoon full of yellow mixture on one coin and put second bread coin on it....and cover bread coins from all sides...in this way prepare all bread coins...
  4. Mix custard in cold milk...mix it well...
  5. Then prepare milk...take milk in pan boil it ...add sugar ....and let's it boil again...stirrer till slight thick....
  6. Add custard mixture...
  7. Add a pinch of cardamom powder n a pinch of salt.
  8. Let it should be cool at room temperature for about 1 hour
  9. Then add bread coins in it.
  10. Cool it in fridge.
  11. Decorate with dry fruits of your choice...
  12. Serve chilled.
