  1. 1 cup plain flour
  2. 1 cup Wheat Flour
  3. 1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 3 potato boiled and chopped
  8. 2 green chilli
  9. 1/2 tsp muster seeds
  10. Half lemon juice
  11. 1/4tsp Turmeric powder
  12. Salt to taste
  13. For Salad
  14. 1 tomato finally chopped
  15. 1 onion chopped
  16. 1 carrots chopped
  17. Cabbage
  18. Lime juice
  19. Salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all together with hand
  2. Add oil and water with mixer running at a make dough
  3. Divide the dough into equal balls
  4. Place a ball of dough on the rolling bord
  5. make it puri
  6. then beke preheat oven 10 to15 minutes 180 degree
  7. like this
  8. in a pan add oil muster seeds green chilli all masala, boiled potatoes, lime juice mix it well
  9. for salad all mix together
  10. assemble it take taco shell add the potato filling drizzle the mint coriander chatny and garnish it with salad
