It's a traditional recipe..fusion of jhal mudhi and ghughuni(white peas gravey) chat.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. White peas gravey 1/2bowl
  2. Murmure/Puffed rice 1 cup
  3. Mixture 2tbsp
  4. Nylon sev 3tbsp
  5. Onion finely chopped 2tbsp
  6. Tomato. Finely chopped 2tbsp
  7. cucumber finely chopped 2tbsp
  8. Carrot grated 2 tbsp
  9. Chat masala 1/4tsp
  10. Coriander leaves finely chopped 1tsp
  11. Lemon juice drizzle as per taste
  12. Kosher Salt as per taste
  13. For White peas gravey White peas 1 cup
  14. Boiled potato 1 cup
  15. Onion 1/2 roughly chopped
  16. Ginger 1/2inch
  17. Garlic 8 pods
  18. Green chilli
  19. Tomato 1/4cuo finely chopped
  20. Turmeric pwdr 2 pinch
  21. Garam masala 1/4tsp
  22. Oil 2tbsp
  23. Water 1 cup
  24. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. To make gravey
  2. Take fry pan add oil Once  heated.
  3. In the mean time crush with help of your hand gringder onion, ginger, garlic n green chilli .
  4. Now add the crushed masala into the oil and sauté for 5 mins.
  5. -Add tomato and cook till it's mushy.
  6. Now add turmeric pwdr,garam masala, chilli powder and sauté for 2 minutes .
  7. -Now add boiled potato and sauté till oil start coming from sides.
  8. -Add water n cook for 10 minutes. white peas gravey is ready .
  9. Procedure of Assembling:
  10. Take mixing bowl add peas gravey ,mixture, onion, tomato, cucumber,carrot,lemon juice,salt,chat masala give a nice mix .
  11. Now add murmure/Puffed rice Granish with sev and coriander leaves .
