Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Urad dal paste 2 cup
  2. Green chili paste 1tsp
  3. Ginger paste 1tsp
  4. salt as per taste
  5. White oil for frying
  6. Black salt 1 tsp
  7. Chat masala 1 tsp
  8. Yogurt 1 cup
  9. Tamarind chutney 2 tbsp
  10. Chopped green chili 1 tsp
  11. Chopped coriander leaves 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add urad dal paste, green chili paste, salt, ginger paste. Make a thick batter.
  2. Heat oil and fry the valle.
  3. Soak the valle in cold water for 2 to 3 mins.
  4. In a plate place the valle.
  5. Pour yogurt over it.
  6. Add chopped green chili, black salt, chat masala, tamarind chutney and chopped coriander leaves over it.
  7. Serve chilled.
