ABOUT Open happiness of garlic bread RECIPE

This is a super hit snack with my kids, they love garlic bread and nothing better than to make some for them at home.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chopped veggies (red, yellow, green capsicum, onion, paneer, corns)
  2. Black and green olives and jalapeño
  3. Cheese spread - 1 cup
  4. Seasoning(chilly flakes oregano, basal, salt and pepper) - the quantity can be increased or decreased according to personal taste.
  5. Chilli garlic dip - 5 tbsp
  6. Butter - 2 tbsp
  7. Bread loaf
  8. Garlic cloves - 4
  9. mozzarella 1 cup each

Instructions

  1. Take a bread loaf.
  2. Slice it into 2 pieces.
  3. The veggies should be chopped as shown.
  4. This is the cheese.
  5. These are the seasoning ingredients.
  6. Spread the cheese spread on to both the bread slices.
  7. Now sprinkle generous amounts of mozarella cheese on the slices.
  8. Sprinkle chopped veggies.
  9. Sprinkle..
  10. Same on the other half.
  11. Repeat the procedure.
  12. Now change the topping.. (olive and jalapeño]
  13. Sprinkle seasoning
  14. Mix garlic and butter together
  15. Preheat your oven or tandoor
  16. Set the bread on it
  17. Bake for 5 mints
  18. Till soften. Sprinkle garlic butter over it.. Cook for 5 to 8 mints..
  19. Carefully take out.
  20. Cut the slices into bite size pieces.
  21. Repeat the same for the other slice.
  22. And serve hot
  23. Kids and adults, both love these.
