ABOUT Whole Wheat Stuffed Garlic Bread Domino's Style RECIPE

Dominos garlic bread is a one of the most sellable item in Dominos. My Dominos style cheese garlic bread was a big success and I kept getting demands for bread on regular basis. Now that’s a lot of calories going into my family. I had to find a way to make this garlic bread a lot healthier than it was and hence thought of making whole wheat stuffed garlic bread.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Wheat Flour 300 gm
  2. All Purpose Flour 100 gm
  3. Sugar/Honey 2 tsp
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Instant Yeast 1 tsp
  6. Water 180 ml
  7. Garlic Powder 1 tbs
  8. Butter 2 tbs
  9. Olive Oil 2 tbs
  10. Cottage Cheese 100 gm
  11. Mayonnaise 2 tbs
  12. Grated Mozzarella Cheese 2 tbs
  13. Italian Seasoning 1 tbs
  14. Chili Flakes 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. For stuffing, Cut the cottage cheese into small size cubes.Sprinkle some salt and turmeric and keep it aside for 10 minutes. After 10 min, In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and marinated cottage cheese.
  2. For the dough, In a bowl, take lukewarm water. Mix sugar and yeast into it and keep aside until yeast froths.
  3. In a mixing bowl, take Whole wheat flour, All purpose flour, Oil, Salt, and Yeast solution. Start kneading the dough by adding water into it.
  4. Initially, the dough will be sticky. Take out the dough on the lightly floured surface and knead it for 10 minutes. You will get much smoother and non-sticky dough.
  5. Keep this dough in a greased pan and cover it with cling wrap. Let the dough rest until it doubles in volume.
  6. Once the dough has doubled in its volume, take is out on a dusted surface and punch it to release the air.
  7. Divide the dough into three equal parts. Take one dough ball and roll it out into a circular shape sheet with thickness ¼ inch.
  8. Apply butter on it. Spread prepared stuffing of cottage cheese on it. Sprinkle garlic powder, half of the Italian seasoning and grated mozzarella cheese.
  9. Flip from one side to make a semi-circle and seal the corners. Brush it with butter. Sprinkle leftover seasoning and chili flakes on the top. Transfer it to a greased baking tin and make marks with the help of a sharp knife.
  10. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Bake the bread at the same temperature for about 20 minutes.
