Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Home made aloo papad Made with rock salt- 4 piece
  2. Boiled and mashed potatoes- 1/2 cup
  3. Greated cucumber- 1/2 cup
  4. Greated carrot- 1/2 cup
  5. Greated paneer-1/2 cup
  6. Rock salt to taste
  7. Fresh tomato chutney-1/2 cup
  8. Corriender leaf chutney-1/2 cup
  9. Red chilly powder-1 tsp
  10. Roasted cumin powder-1 tsp
  11. Chopped coriander leaves and pudina leaves-2 tsp
  12. Chopped green chillies-2 tsp
  13. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. Take all grated fillings
  2. Take chutneys . spices and coriander leaves and pudina leaf
  3. Put oil in deep frying pan. Fry all the papads and shape it like a taco.
  4. Place all the ingredients in layers one by one in the fried papad taco. First potatoes then cucumber then carrots, now spread chutneys and spread paneer.
  5. Lastly sprinkle salt. Cumin powder and red chilly powder and garnish with leaves and serve immediately.
