What's brindelburry
Yummy .
Soak brindleberry in 2 cups of hot water along with some salt.
Chop shallot, garlic and ginger into fine slices.
Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and water to make a paste.
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds. When it splutters, add shallots, garlic and ginger.
Saute till it turns golden brown.
Reduce the heat, add the chilli-turmeric paste and stir well.
Add the soaked brindleberry water and bring to boil.
Now add the fish and salt to taste. Cook for 10-15 mins.
Add coconut oil and curry leaves.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
